Xinjiang Noodles




This was yesterday. Xinjiang noodles for dinner. It is a handmade noodles, then served topped with stir-fried meat and veges. My first taste of authentic Chinese food. Not bad, but I just wish it could be more spicy. RM7 / plate at Mahallah Farouq's Cafeteria, UIA.
