Age is a sensitive question to Victoria Chase. I still couldn't believe that she is 63 years old in real life. Yeah, it's not a secret Victoria it's everywhere. She looks kinda young for 60-ish old lady. Maybe it's the make up. Yeah, that's it.

This fella may be small but he ran more laps than me this morning! 

It is good that he started running at the early age. But for those who all grown up like me, it's never too late to start now. Go to the nearest shoe store and get your own running shoes! If you can afford, get the expensive one because believe me, you will be running in that pair of shoes after spending a large sum of money on it. 

Running is the easiest cardiovascular exercise that one can participate. For me, I run not just because I want to lose some weight, but also because I want to live a healthy life. I also want to enjoy all the good food in the world. Yes, you may enjoy those fried food (in acceptable portion) provided that you'll exercise afterwards to burn those calories. For more benefits of running, well, you can google it yourself. There are a lot!

Xinjiang Noodles

This was yesterday. Xinjiang noodles for dinner. It is a handmade noodles, then served topped with stir-fried meat and veges. My first taste of authentic Chinese food. Not bad, but I just wish it could be more spicy. RM7 / plate at Mahallah Farouq's Cafeteria, UIA.

Daenerys Targaryen

Game of Thrones would have been my favorite TV series if it does not fill in with all the nudity, incest, beheading and other extremely violent scenes. Nevertheless, the story-line was so great it is the most watched TV series around the globe. I'm currently watching the second season and will attempt to catch up to the latest episode before next week. Yesterday was its fourth season premiere. 

By the way, Daenerys Targaryen is one of the major characters in Game of Thrones. She earned her title as the Mother of Dragons after she literally gave birth to dragons in a fire ritual. She is currently one of my favorites in addition to the Stark's children. Excluding Sansa because she's weak.

If I'm not mistaken, when she first entered the show, her initial target was to be in the Top 3. It seems that she achieved it. All the hard work is finally paid off. Considering that she was competing with some of the major and well-known talents in China, number 3 is really an accomplishment! It is something for us to be proud of, as she was indirectly representing Malaysia on the show. 

She had performed a number of memorable songs throughout the competition. But my favorite is as the one below,  Xiang Ni De Ye (The Night Thinking of You). It is a very emotional song. Although not related to my real life, I really enjoy listening to it.
